Do not purchase

The hole on the pole that the screw is supposed to screw into to help secure the umbrella was not drilled at all. It's just a nut welded onto the pole - no hole. Item is unreturnable and no refund was agreed to.

good price

Like the open weave it allows water to drain though leaving no stains or rust . good and heavy. However, not all that heavy in able to be moved.

Umbrella stand

It was a perfect match to my furniture. Very heavy duty. No way the wind will EVER blow over my umbrella.

Works well and looks good

This is a nice heavy base to hold an umbrella in. it works well with the Macy's umbrellas. It matches the patio set that we purchased from Macy's. It seems solid enough to last for many years.
