Excellent Breadmaker

Compact and works great, I'm limited on space, but this fits right in, and the bread I've made in it so far has been perfect. 1 1/2-2lb. Loaves, white, rye all come out perfectly. I also bought the "Grin by Grin" bread bag and so glad I did, keeps the loaves soft and fresh for days.love this machine!

Sucks

I have tried to make dough 4 times and the machine never mixed the ingredients. I had to throw away all the ingredients each time. I have wasted time, money and frustration all to no avail. The parts seem to be aligned. The machine begins to make noise but then shuts down and doesn't mix the ingredients.

Great product and easy to use.

Bread maker is easy to use, instructions that come with machine are easy to follow. It is relatively quiet when mixing/kneading. I have used this to make white, wheat, and rye all have turned out well. I would recommend this product.

Great little bread machine

My old bread machine died after 30 years. I was heartbroken. However, this bread machine is a very nice replacement. It has a small footprint on the counter and mixes very well. I like the audible beep for adding ingredients or removing the mixing blade. I especially like having a light to look inside, though it does get fogged over early in the cycle from the warm water.

Have baked 3 loaves and had good results

The CBK-110 replaced a many-years-old Breadman model. Both made 1, 1.5 and 2 pound loaves, but the Cuisinart takes up about half the counter space. The included recipe book has instructions that produced good, tasty bread, but somewhat drier than what I prefer, though a little experimentation should fix that. Instructions and controls are clear and easy to use. Whether you're new to breadmaking or experienced, I expect you'll be satisfied with this choice.
