WORTHLESS TRASH

Complete garbage. Worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. Paint chips off for no reason, handles break and it looks worn after less than a year. I regret this purchase horribly.

the handles broke off & i cant find replacements .

Nice dresser

I love the dresser, it's beautiful. The bad thing about it is that after a year all of the lower four drawer handles broke off. The four lower handles are cheap and it seems like plastic where the screw goes into to hold it and it just seems to fall apart.

Defective

We bought this bedroom set few years ago. The handles for the dresser drawers are poorly manufactured. They popped off one by one as time passed. There is no way to screw them back as they were welded on. Manufacturer would not help even though they still sell the product. I would not recommend.

Poor craftsmanship, scratches/marks

While I generally am very pleased with Macy’s furniture, this dresser has been a huge disappointment. The drawers do not close properly or all the way so it is a constant battle, and it was received with multiple scratches and marks. I would not recommend and think there are better options for a young girl’s dresser.

Great furniture for the price

I was looking for a chest for my 4 year old daughter's room and this one has been perfect. It is sturdy and the drawers open and close smoothly. I have been highly satisfied.

Well made, but not as big as expected

This is a well made dresser, but when it says 19" deep, that's only at the top middle part. The rest of the dresser is 17" and the drawers are very shallow for a 17" dresser (they are only 12" deep). Also, it is not white. It is off white. It will work and I'll have to make it work, but I feel like it's a little misrepresented here. I don't have time to change it at this point. Our other dresser that is only 3" deeper has MUCH deeper drawers. So, if you need space, I would look into a different one. And if you need white, definitely go with a different one as this is antique white or cream.
