3/4, not full length sleeves

I'm giving it 3 stars because in the photo the sleeves are longer and go down to the woman's wrist. Upon trying mine on, the sleeves are 3/4 length. The material is soft and the pattern is very pretty, just wish it had longer sleeves. Not sure if it was a manufacturing error or not.
