Queen Bed Chelsea

Happy with this purchase of the Chelsea Bed for my guest room. . Totally surprised of the quality of this bed. Used the white glove treatment to make sure it was put together solid. Great bed.

Toxic smell

The furniture smells so toxic we cannot enter the room. We’ve scrubbec and left windows open, hepa filter, floor fan & ceiling fan run for 4 days now and it isnt getting better. Volital off setting chemicals are dangerous to health!! also the supporting matress board has no breathable holes so mattress can mold! Will have to go to Ikea for a new mattress support system. Knobs on matching dresser are not gold but tarnished. Extremely dissapointed. Not a wood bed but wood by products with laminate and toxic paint glue and frameldahyde!

Beautiful bed!

I recently purchased this bed for my daughter and it’s a very beautiful bed. The headboard design is so unique and adds an elegant and modern touch to any room. It is made well. My experience purchasing this at Macy’s furniture gallery was great and the white glove delivery was amazing. Definitely recommend this beautiful bed.

Not the nightstand ordered

Unfortunately, the nightstand pictured was not the nightstand delivered. Hopefully the customer care team will audit to make sure the correct night stand is picked for truck delivery December 20th.

Rachael Ray White Dresser set

Looks pretty, seems like a good piece but on two dressers the drawers keep opening, not aligned properly so they don’t close…having a bunch of drawers that won’t close is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m glad I got the warranty from Macy’s and will be calling today to try to return. What an inconvenience and waste of my very valuable and limited time! Extremely disappointed!

It’s a beautiful dresser

It looks fabulous in my master BD! Clean lines, sturdy with room for everything! Drawers open and close w/ ease and the jewelry drawer is vey convenient! I love it! Of course I have the set: Bed, nightstand and dresser! I’m happy!

Chelsea Chest

Received a few days ago. Overall a solid built dresser that is a bit larger in person than imagined, maybe touch overbuilt as it weighs close to 200 lbs. Outside appears looks great for my teenage daughter. Delivery was excellent. This is a Rachel Ray branded items, but the description appears to omit that. I may have thought twice about purchasing had this been known. The slider hardware is very delicate and damages with little to no effort when removing and replacing drawers. I would consider this a significant design defect and would be surprised if the hardware functions in 5-10 years as one would expect.
