Deceptive sizing

I ordered this romper in the size suggested. It was way too big. I returned it to Macys 2-weeks ago and still waiting on my refund.

Wrong size

Order size 14 plus size on 08/15/24. I received my order today 08/21/24. It came extra small I guess this was supposed to be funny I’m not happy with this I don’t understand how you can take us plus size 14 and make it an extra small it’s insulting to me.
