I found this ring on line but went to the Macy's store to buy it the Ring but it was sold out she the very helpful kind sales person got on line and tried to order it. The Macy's computer would not allow her to order it as well so she walked me thru the order on line with my phone. The ring arrived before Valentines day and it was a home run.

Beware

Unfortunately, after only 3 months of wearing this ring a diamond has fallen out. Worst of all, it looks corroded, why? It’s a new ring made out of white gold, it should not be corroded. I believe this is why the diamond fell out. How many more will fall out now? This is terrible quality. I hope insurance will cover it.

No More Fine jewelry purchase for me at Macys

I purchased this Effy Ring over a year ago..One of the reviews said a diamond fell out..well that happened to me also, but because I purchased it over a year ago I'm not able to return..side note, I had purchased a different eternity band from Macy's and on that ring I purchased the extended warranty, I had to keep taking the ring back because the diamonds kept coming out. I was very upset of having to keep sending it back that I insisted Macys return it. At the end of the day I will not be purchasing anymore fine jewelry from Macy's. This is the 2nd ring I've purchased and diamonds have fallen out. I am very upset about this Effy ring, it just sits in my jewelry box until I can replace the diamond, but the question is will more diamonds fall out. My suggestion is to not purchase these types of rings. I'm very upset about this because I spend a lot of $ at Macys and I actually love the ring and receive lots of compliments, but now I'm nervous about wearing it in the future. BEWARE

beautiful ring unfortunately bad quality

I was very excited to get this ring and it’s beautiful but I lost first little diamond not even a week after I put in on my finger. I am glad it happened so soon so I had time to return ! Such a shame because I was happy now I need to search first a better ring.

worth every penny

This ring is the most stunning, beautiful ring I’ve ever seen. I got it a year ago and still cannot stop staring at it every time I wear it! The shine and sparkle on it is unreal. Constant compliments. The quality it unmatched! I wore this into Tiffany’s and was still amazed by the quality and sparkle! I got a great price and for what I got, it is a steal!! Honestly, I’d pay a lot more for it. You can’t find a ring like this at the price they sell it for. SIDE NOTE: Eff’s customer service was excellent when to my surprise, one of the diamonds chipped a few months after I bought it. I sent it back and they replaced it, no questions asked and even gave it an amazing clean up!
