Toner completes my cleansing routine

I use Clinique make up remover balm which works exceedingly well. But to ensure all makeup gets out of my pores, this toner finishes the job. I've been using #2 for years and it preps my skin for applying night cream when doing my evening cleansing. It's a mild but effective product
