Fabric durability

When the couch was delivered 9 months ago I fell in love with it. It is super comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately the fabric has held up miserably. The fabric is pretty much covered with little pills that are tiny balls of I guess fabric. I called customer service and they said it was from my dog but I have never had this problem before. I have owned couches and dogs all my life and never have materials wear so quickly.

Way lighter than expected.

The couch itself is perfect - shape, size, comfort. But the “oat” color is way more white vs. the beige I thought I was ordering. I’ve had my sectional for two weeks now and find myself going crazy not wanting it to get dirty. I’m so bummed. Customer service told me I only had 3 days to call, so I’ve missed my window to try to make good on my investment. This is the second couch I’ve purchased from Macy’s and I really wanted to love it as much as my first. I wish I ordered the other color.

so comfy

Saw this at the store and tried it before purchasing, this is huge in a good way. It’s so comfortable for our den room, the color is so perfect!
