Don’t buy furniture from Macy’s

I bought this section sofa less than a year ago with 5 years protection plan. Threds are ripped on every seat, i called and made a claim with warranty service to check this damage, they came and inspected the sofa and they said it’s a bad design done by Macy’s and it’s not covered by the warranty.and they said we had alot of claims for the same products. Macy’s deal with a low quality third party for furniture supplier and fraud warranty companies who covers nothing.

Not perfect, but comfortable

I purchased two recliners and stationary middle section. I saw the entire sectional first hand at the Macy's furniture store and appreciated that it wasn't overstuffed and had a more modern look. I also like the softness of the fabric and it felt comfortable overall. I live in a 2300 square ft house and was still surprised just how large these 3 sections were! The mechanics are great, but the fabric is stretching right away, but I have never owned a couch where it didnt, even my Stanton. The right facing recliner is slightly taller than the other two sections. I made sure I received additional discounts up until it shipped and there was never a hassle getting them. I did not purchase extended warranty given the reputation of the company that services them which is not Macys. It's not perfect, but overall I am happy with it.

Fits into small apartments!

I have had this couch for a week now. I like it. I am 5’6 and it’s meant for someone my size maybe slightly taller. Without the foot rest out, I cannot reach the floor, but the depth of the seat is smaller so it’s a strange scale. That said, I love the grey. Its comfortable with the footrest out. I like the numerous adjustments. It’s soft, white glove delivery put it together. For apartment dwellers…this arrived in four pieces and so it can get into smaller spaces! The seat and backs were put together. Inside my place.
