Poor quality
We originally purchased this sofa in 2021. In 3 years, the recliners have broken several times. While the company did replace the pieces, they break again in only a few months. The last time we received a replacement piece, it broke in under a month. So frustrating. We now have a routine with calling the company support line because it had happened so many times. The sofa breaks, the support agent says they will send someone out to do an inspection. The inspection is done and the tech sends in a request for parts to be ordered. Weeks go by and the parts never arrive. We call back into support to ask about the parts. The support agent says they were never ordered, so they give us entirely new pieces. This has happened several times.

Huge gap between seat and back as if not put together all the way. Had inspectors come out twice but they have a rule that they can't not sit on the couch to acknowledge the problem only took overall pictures and deemed it non defective both times. No one will help
Only lasted 2 weeks.
After only two weeks with this sofa, it was already sagging, and there was a huge and almost unbelievable difference in between the seat I was using and the other one next to it. And then came the headache with the return. It could have been a lot easier.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SECTIONAL the power recliner stopped working 45 days after purchase!!!!!!! MACYS is giving me a hard time to replace BUYER BEWARE DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM MACYS
Not charcoal
This is not charcoal in person, it's more green than anything. Really disappointed with the color on this because it doesn't match my existing furniture or color scheme in my house.
Love this couch!
I waited 6 months for this couch but I absolutely love it. I had sat on a similar one at Valleyfair in the show room but mine was a little smaller because my room isn’t that big and it did not disappoint. Anyone that sees my couch and sits on it loves it. I looked around for couches for about three months and once I sat on this nothing compared to it. I’m just hoping that the automatic motors don’t go out because I didn’t buy the warranty.
Don't buy cheap material
I brought this sofa and broke after 2 month Macy's not accept this as manufacture defect .
