couch has very bad fabric

I have bought this sectional couch just one year before and fabric color started fading off

We bought this sectional and totally enjoy its esthetics as well as comfort.

Enjoy it while it last.

The sectional is beautiful to the eyes. It is comfortable to sit on or simply lying down. On deliver I made a complaint about the spaces between the seat. The company Macy contracted with made it very difficult to repair the couch and uncooperative. I gave up. After about 6-7 months the electric outlet recharger in the couch stop working. Now a a year pass. I still love the couch just not sure if it will last the amount of years my other Macy couches last (29 years).

Buyers beware

Bought this couch in the middle of pandemic so i wasn't able to really get the feel for it. The couch is attractive, however it is not comfortable whatsoever. The seats dip in and are hard underneath and there is no lumbar support. I need two pillows when sitting on this couch one for lower back and one for buttocks when trying to relax in living room. This seems to go for any company who sits as well, and they say how uncomfortable they are sitting for a period of time. If you're just going for decor this couch is beautiful, but if comfort is key i wouldn't recommend this couch.
