Sofa debacle

Love the sofa but the service was horrible. The sofa included a left and a right section, unfortunately the sent two right sections. After explaining the situation to the customer support person (English was obviously a second language) I had the feeling she wasn’t sure if I needed a left or a right. I recommended sending a whole new sofa to ensure I’d get the correct one. It took two weeks for the sofa to arrive and when it did it was another right section! Back to customer support, it isn’t the correct section this time I’ll be returning the sofa - and I’ll be done with Macy’s!
