COMFORTABLE BUT SMELLY!

I've had this chair 6 weeks now, and it still has a very strong chemical smell. The leather is not smooth as described or as displayed in the store. It is extremely rough and bumpy. The color is darker than ivory but lighter than beige - somewhere in between. I do like that I'm able to sit and watch TV with my feet up without lying down or having a big cushion pushing on my head. I'd give this chair 5 stars for the style and 1 star for the quality.

Defective and uneven

Bought this recliner in the coconut milk for my daughter's apartment and was disturbed as there is a 2 inch NOTICEABLE gap to the right side when partially and fully extended. Did not read the review before I purchased it, but I am definitely calling Macy's about this. I will hide the gap with an accent pillow for now. We tried it out at the store and ordered it immediately as it was so comfortable, has a USB port, smoothe and very attractive. I only need it replaced as it's a very expensive piece and I'm not paying for or want a defective product.

Defective

I bought two single coconut milk recliner chair and both of them are defective in back, look crooked towards the right sude. An inspector is coming to see if they are fixable.
