Beautiful but issues upon delivery

Back cushion sewn on crooked. I bought two chairs and a sofa. One chair and one sofa are perfect. Unfortunately, the other chair had the cushion sewn on lopsided and there was a hole in the bottom of the chair which wasn’t that big of a deal. If it wasn’t for this issue, this would be a five star rating because the furniture is beautiful and the leather is nicely done.
