Pros: This couch is beautiful and the leather is nice. Cons: when this couch arrived the leg had a chip and were screwed in on a bit of an angle. It also squeaks. After a years worth of use i still have the same verdict. Better than the things on Wayfair for a similar price point but it squeaks and the legs are a bit flimsy. I expect to be able to keep the couch but replace the legs a couple years from now. The leather is very nice though especially if you own dogs.

No help from Worry no more!

We have the loveseat as well as the sofa. The spring is broken on the left side of the loveseat. What didn’t you get Worry no more? Yes, but no response. Very poor customer service!

"Just what I needed"!

I brought this leather Loveseat because it was needed. At Macy's the lighting is different than your home. In Macy's it taupe, but at home it looks like a light green or a gray, nonetheless, I'm happy with it. My husband does not like the legs. He prefer block legs and a higher back. My son likes it as well.

Very nice piece of furniture!

I am very happy with this purchase. It’s always a little scary to purchase furniture online but the quality of this loveseat is excellent. I also really like the color.

the piece arrived and the feet of the loveseat do not fit correctly. it was shipped without proper inspection - extremely disappointed and now i'm stuck trying to return or fix it - this is RIDICULOUS

beautifully crafted

This loveseat is a beautifully Italian crafted, slimline, modern loveseat with great attention to detail. The leather is firm & supportive, yet soft and comfortable. The arms are well padded with the back of the piece nicely finished. I love everything about it. Macy’s delivery service is top notch. I’ve bought many pieces of furniture from them over the years and have always been pleased.
