When I first saw this sofa at Macys I really liked it. I had looked around a little, and this one fit all of my needs. It has sofa pillows, a comfortable recliner, lumbar and head support, it is a space savor, and it is gorgeous. The stitching is beautiful. I got the cream color, which goes with my walls. It looks great. I almost canceled my purchase because of all of the negative reviews here. I was really torn and continued to look around. I delayed the delivery date. However, I could not find another sofa that met all of my needs. So, I went through with the purchase and I am glad that I did. I am really enjoying this sofa. I've had it 2 months. I read the details. This sofa is not built to hold more than two people. It only takes 301 pounds. So for people saying that it broke after a few months, one questions if there were more than two people using the sofa. I got the worry no more warranty. I hope I never need to use it.

I have the reclining chair and it is wonderful. Love the color of the leather and the comfort. This is truly beautiful. Sold for humans not dogs.

I have had this couch for about 3 months. It has two defects. 1) the cushion on the right side developed an indentation about two weeks after I got it. 2) the left side is stuck in the reclined position in the photo. One minute it worked and the next it did not. None of the electronics for that side work now. Macys cannot get a technician out for two weeks and a replacement couch could take to the end of year to be delivered. So I get to live with the footrest sticking out into the room. Would never have ordered if I knew customer service was so bad.

Happy with the sofa one week after delivery. Actual color is much darker than pictured in web advertising. Delivery was unpleasant! First it was delayed a day due to delivery truck break down. Insufficient manpower caused the second delivery attempt to be aborted. Sofa was finally delivered one week after the original delivery date without the leather care kit.

We have 2 of these chairs and love them! They are very comfortable, durable and love the color! We get a lot of compliments regarding both comfort and color.

Sitting on leather is like sitting on slippery ice....I sat on this in the store and would have bought it in a heartbeat had it come in a fabric option.
