Warranty not worth the money

I have a recliner and they have replaced/repaired and now has gone out again. The first time it was the motor and know it is the switches. I have been fighting to get this fixed to be told it will not be covered because it has already been fixed or replace. What good is the warranty if you have to fight to get it fixed. I am having to through the store to see what can be done.
