Absolutely garbage, the foot recliner only goes up half way so you cant get comfortable. You will also tip over when getting off

DO NOT BUY THIS!
Purchased this sectional 8 months ago, and extremely disappointed in the quality. At delivery one control didn't work - our first experience with the repair dept. That control was replaced, but the USB port was missing. Now the other USB port stopped working. The tech said about 50% of them don't work. Waiting for new ones to be shipped.The worst thing is that the cushions have flattened out to the point that they sink 8-10 inches when sitting and are beyond uncomfortable for anyone. The repair tech was out again today and he said that is normal for this type of cushion - if we wanted "quality" furniture we would have to spend more. While we are waiting for Macy's to respond, the sectional is covered with layers of folded blankets so we can use it. That also hides the puckered leather. This is the worst piece of furniture we have ever purchased - and only used by two people a few hours a day. Hoping Macy's steps up for a return as this won't last very long.

Terrible Quality - Good looks initially!
We purchased this couch to replace a high quality leather/fabric couch that did not recline. What a mistake! Wish I could have my old couch that we gave to my sister. The couch after 3 weeks begin to have deep indentations in the leather. They just appeared! We are empty nesters so my husband and I only sit on the couch periodically. With limited use this couch began to show white blotches/stains and indentations on the seating area. There were even indentations on the top sections. Not to mention the uneven sections with gaps between them that we were told would be better over time. The stains or discolorations could only be partially removed with the cleaner. We don't eat on the couch so we were not sure what was causing the blotches. Lotion or oil on the skin? A serviceman came out and said he thought the leather was defective with the indentations and stains. He was awful. His report to Macy's indicated he removed the stains when he told us he couldn't. Lazy liar!

Horribly disappointed
I love the look of these pieces but, when you sit on the leather sofa and get up, your butt print stays imbedded in the sofa. It stays wrinkled and is very embarrassing. It does not return to its nice tight smooth look. I returned it and they delivered another set. Same thing!! It looks really bad and I have only had the set for a month. I am so disappointed because I love everything else about the set. I have no choice but to have them pick it up and back to the drawing board I go in search for a sofa. I was really disappointed in the quality of the leather.

Not the quality I expected.
The leather is very nice but that's where it ends. I ordered a two piece sectional which was to be placed middle of an open plan living room. When it arrived, I noticed that the pieces did not match up properly at the back with an obviously larger gap on one piece versus the other. I contacted Macy's immediately, explained the problem, and sent photos. They made an appointment to send out someone to look at the sofa. I took another entire day off from work to wait (in addition to the time I had already taken off to wait for the delivery) only for the repairman to tell me there was nothing he could do as it was a manufacturing issue. He then took photos of exactly the same thing I had previously sent to Macy's customer service. I contacted Macy's again and arranged for the piece to be replaced. I took a third day off to wait only for the replacement to have exactly the same issue! So if you have a lot of free days to spare waiting for deliveries and service, this is the perfect sofa for you. Otherwise, consider something else.

Disappointed
Beautiful sofa, beautiful leather and that's it! Every section has a different back height, the corner especially (much lower, about 2 inches). They came and replaced the corner unit twice. Third time they came with the end section as well to try to match the pieces. In the end the corner unit is still lower but somewhat better than the times before . Customer service did not contact us at all to see if we are satisfied with the changes. It's not worth the money.
