Not impressed with quality or warranty

Bought a Wrenley sectional in July 2023. By October, the seam(s) in the cushion(s) started to unravel. We had purchased a 5 year warranty through Macys and submitted a claim. Unfortunately for us, we were told the seams unraveling within 90 days is normal wear and tear. Will definitely find a new furniture store for future purchase.
