Awesome couch

I cannot be happier with the couch. Amazing color and quality. Fits my tiny apartment perfectly. Great delivery service. I went to Macy´s Herald Square to see it in person and within 2 days I had it perfectly delivered at home. I went for the dove color but the olive one is also very pretty.

Wobbly and terrible customer service

Ordered this couch in the dove color. Waited over a month to receive it. When it was finally delivered, one section was incredibly wobbly, the legs were not even. I was told I could exchange it by the delivery people and that someone would call me within 30 minutes. I was never called. Then I called customer service after waiting over 30 minutes on the phone to have it exchanged. I was told that it would take another month to have it exchanged, and then was hung up on by customer service. I could not see this exchange processed at all through my account. Now still waiting on hold to confirm with customer service...Truly dismal service. Would recommend against Macy's.
