They are cute and comfortable. But the leather looks and feels like hard plastic.

Too Bad

I really wanted to love this boot, but I am forced to return. The first thing I noticed upon opening the packing delivery box; the Coach box was ripped on the sides. Then when I removed the boot box to open it, I immediately noticed how messy the tissue paper was. Very unCoach!! The boots were bent (crumpled) from the middle to fit in a boot box that is clearly too small! This crumpled has left a permanent impression. Wow! I did not expect this from Macy's, let alone Coach! The boot is pretty large. I would suggest to size down. If I were to exchange I would size down, but I will not repurchase this boot. Very disappointed in the overall boot, presentation and quality!
