DO NOT BUY

We've had nothing but problems after purchasing this sofa and matching loveseat in OCTOBER. After multiple issues with changing delivery dates, we finally were given a date of Nov. 26. The sofa arrived BROKEN. Not dinged or gouged--broken. The center support was split in half. Macy's customer service assured us a replacement sofa would be delivered that day or Nov. 30 at the LATEST. So we gave our haulers the OK to remove our old sofa and loveseat we were replacing. Lo and behold, the completely incompetent Macy's rep rescheduled the delivery of the SAME BROKEN SOFA. We received a call Saturday indicating a new sofa now would not be available until sometime in JANUARY. Our Thanksgiving was ruined by not having a sofa for our guests, and now we may need to cancel our Christmas plans because we still won't have a sofa for all our guests. In the interim, my family has to take turns sitting on the loveseat. Macy's is completely uninterested in helping us and we have no idea what to do.
