Does NOT ship fast!

Ordered Aug 4th and still has not shipped almost a month later! Online said usually ships in 3days. Told Customer Service I moved and have no mattress and NOTHING but sorry. Macy’s says it cannot cancel because it comes from the vendor. I have to wait for it to ship, then refuse the delivery! What? Stupid! I ordered this same mattress in the past for my Murphy bed and it was great, which is why I reordered it for Florida.
