Misleading

I almost never write a bad review and even when unhappy, I typically don't share it. But I was so disappointed with this order, I must share because I don't want it to happen to anyone else. I love Croscill for it's beautiful bedding & window treatment sets. But this product is very misleading. The photo shows it as a hardware set. On the Macy's site, it does not disclose that the rings & tie backs are not included. You have to know you are only receiving the rod. So okay, I was disappointed that I didn't catch that. So then I begin my search with Croscill to find the tie backs and rings only to learn they've been discontinued since 2010! I think by now a new photo should be online and major disclosure that you cannot get this entire set as most consumers would likely be expecting! So I'm stuck with just the rods. Had I known I couldn't get the entire set, I would have never ordered just the rods. It's the beauty of the finials, tie backs and rings the consumer is likely expecting and should know without a doubt if they are not able to purchase the entire set. Come on, too much reputation here with the Croscill name brand and I just would have never expected to have to read between the lines!
