Be Wary of Returns with “Cupshe”

The dress is very pretty and the quality is also very good. However, the return policy is very strict and there’s NO deviation from the 30 day return policy. I bought this dress as a gift for my daughter, but it was a little tight. Unfortunately, it was a few days after the 30 day return policy, so I was told by Macy’s to contact the vendor,Cupshe. Macy’s was more than willing to accept the return, but was unable to process the return through their system. I left Voicemails and sent several Emails, and NO RESPONSE! I will NEVER order a dress online from this vendor again! VERY DISAPPOINTING! I will stick only to Macy’s who have quality items and are very amenable to helping their customers! I would NOT recommend purchasing from Cupshe at all!
