poor customer service

The package was received empty with black stuff all over it. I emailed the company THREE times to let them know and help me with this issue. I called Macys to report it and they said the manufacturer will be reaching out. I never heard from them, so called Macys again and they kindly refunded my money. I never heard back from the company. I have never had this happen with my mail.
