bigger than permitted

Why would Delsey make a carry-on that's an inch bigger on every dimension than the max allowed by major airlines? It makes no sense and makes an involuntary gate check even more likely. Wish they'd stuck to the 22 x 14 x 9.

Delsy- Lovin the Luggage

I purchased the Delsy carry on and medium sized pieces to travel. I first bought the set because the beautiful color caught my eye, so pretty! I recently took a trip and could not believe how effortless the luggage glided through the airport. Plenty of room to pack all the things for a 7 day trip. Lots of compartments for anything you may need. When I retrieved the luggage at baggage claim it was in perfect condition, not a scratch or dent. Great purchase- highly recommend!
