Beautiful ring poor diamond quality

Bought this ring for myself to wear day to day in place of my wedding set. I should’ve read the reviews. The ring is beautiful and great quality but the diamond are awful. They’re cloudy beyond all recognition and look more like a white opaque gem than a diamond. I’ve try polishing them to no avail
