Ring never came

This was supposed to have been a gift and supposedly comes from a “third party “. WHERE IS MY RING!? Why do you tell customers 3-6 days!? Now I can’t cancel the order and the little processing line has not moved since I placed the on Oct 22! It’s now 7 days and NO ONE CAN TELL ME ANYTHING. There is NO TRANSPARENCY, to tell the customers it’s from a third vender?! Where is the expensive piece of jewelry I purchased 8 days ago! Very sloppy on experience fine jewelry.
