Item was Returned to Sender b4 I even received it

THIS ITEM WAS NEVER RECEIVED!!! It was sent but then redirected to NY and get a message saying “Item has been returned to sender. Contact Sender”!!! I have no idea what that means since it was ordered directly from Macy’s
