I purchased these earrings for my wife just a couple of months ago, and the second time she went to wear them the stem fell off the back of one of the earrings. This is very unfortunate because of course it was outside the 30 day grace period in order to get a refund or make a return. When I called Macy’s, they told me that there’s nothing that can be done. They told me that I could pay for a jeweler to fix the earrings.

I purchased these earrings earlier this year and I thought I was the only one that experienced this I was upset because they are very beautiful earrings but after wearing them one time it broke.

Item seems to be worn and returned. Also, one of the earring is bent. "Made in India" sign is detached too. Why send me a returned and damaged item? Was it even disinfected? Disturbed by the irresponsibility and carelessness Macy's seems to be treating its customers.

I like them , they sparkle and are bigger than picture which I like because it looks expensive

These earrings are made very poorly. Can't handle them without them falling a parted. Probably is the reason the price was reduced so low.

The earring stick broke after only wearing about 5 times very bad quality I am disappointed and left with nothing since I passed the return time
