The clasp is broken

I this several months ago and I'm not happy with it

Broken within 2 months after receiving it.

I couldn’t believe the bracelet is already broken after 2 months and the return window at Macy’s is already closed. While wearing it, it snagged many clothes since it’s not smooth as well.

Very pretty bracelet. Slightly big it twists if u have small wrists. Only bad thing is the cross studs SNAG ALOT!!
