Pretty ring, runs small

Beautiful ring but runs small. I ordered a size 8 and it’s not a traditional US size 8. It fits like a 6.5 or a 7. I returned the first one and they sent me out a second size 8 and it’s still super small. I had my ring fingers sized recently and I’m an 8. Since it was such a good price i kept this one in hopes to take it to a jewelry store and have it stretched to size.
