I had great service but when I got it home, I went to put it on and there was still a knot in the chain, but we didn't notice it when I brought it to the store. I may have to bring it back again.

Retutned this necklace. It was not a well finished piece. It seemed like a cheap costume jewelry piece and not sterling. Not worth the money.

So I never even received my necklace i ordered!!! I Called Macys on this Failure to put in a necklace that I paid for in full. They would not do anything about it because it had been past 30 day. I explained about some health issues. Still Macys did not help me. Be sure to check everything when you receive a order because if you are missing something GOOD LUCK GETTING REFUNDED!! THEY DONT EVEN REFUND MISSING ITEMS!

This item package was received and item was missing. The package had been open from the side this was the first time I purchased any jewelry as I have been out of stat for an extended period of time. Next time I purchase any jewelry, I will have the item delivered to the store.
