Confused

I originally purchased this item through your website, paying through Klarna. It was too small so I returned it to the store. Repurchasing it at the store to which Macy's said they'd notify Klarna. Klarna said they weren't notified so I've yet to get my refund from them. But FYI: I love the ring.

Stones come out easily

I've had this ring less than a year and the stones are falling out. The first one fell out within the first three months, so I didn't wear it for a long time. I pulled it out over Mother's Day weekend and wore it two days. I noticed today another one fell out. I don't do anything with my hands that would cause the stones to get pulled out, and I can't think of anything that would cause it. I'm very disappointed.

Delivery issues. Package was supposed to arrive Wednesday. Today is Saturday. No notice of where it is. Macy's has been very prompt. What happened?

Ring

I have not received the diamond ring. It shows that it is at UPS in Cerritos, CA since April 16, so that 5 days ago. I have been trying to get a real person at Macy’s but no luck so what can I do??
