Upgraded wedding ring

The ring shipped in a timely fashion even arrived a day before I expected. I got this as a ring upgrade for my husband when he's all dressed up in the suites. He loves it, the shine and diamond clarity is good, I felt it looks even better in person then the image.

Disappointed

I loved the look of this ring but was so disappointed when one of the diamonds fell out recently despite my extreme care when wearing it. I’m hoping Macys will reach out to me to resolve this.
