False advertising

I ordered a ring that states it will be shipped in 4-5days only to check my order 4 days later and still be in processing. When asked when it will come I’m now told on the 17th and the only thing they could say was sorry. I needed the ring before the trip to Vegas but I guess Macys messed that up for me. So if your gonna buy anything online just know that the dates they specify are lies so plan for late arrivals or order somewhere else where they honor their words.
