Birthday gift

. I ordered 3 pcs for me & for my 2 daughters only 1 arrived the other 2 was back ordered which was never mentioned , it was supposed to be my gift for my 2 daughters birthday last week . So disappointed because I end up no gift on their birthday witch I ordered 2 weeks prior & paid !
