Already missing diamonds

I purchased this ring as my wedding band. After only two months of careful wear (ALWAYS removing to shower, clean, sleep, or exercise), it's already missing two stones. Macy's will not replace or repair as I didn't purchase the protection plan. I firmly believe it's reasonable to expect an item at this price to hold up longer than 2 months. Deeply disappointed as this ring was beautiful and already very special to me. I'd suggest seeking a better quality ring elsewhere.

Levian ring

When I open the package the ring fell out onto the floor. Was not in the ring box. No tag on ring to return if need be. This packaging was very unprofessional for an expensive item. Somebody didn’t CARE!!!
