overall it looks great . 5 stars. but!!

i love how it looks. but leather is so not soft. so to take something from inside i need to use both hand to make bigger main pocket of backpack. two side pockets impossible to use,because of the leather.so you could not put your hand inside. i wish the material will be softener.
