I just received a balled up, worn robe that still smells like someone’s B.O. The item has no tags and it’s disgusting. Unacceptable.

Robe was returned -one star is too generous!

Huge disappointment! I returned the robe the same day. I got this robe with expectations of it being Flannel as in provided description. It is not ! It is a very stiff, cheap broadcloth that has no resemblance to flannel. The description of item is confusing. The photo of my robe shows large patch pockets on the front, however the robe that I got had very skimpy side pockets instead. As I looked at the pictures on line, it made me wonder if it is the same robe. The Robe came with no tags, and that made it complicated to return, although Macys did take it back. The robe came with a packing slip that offered a "GIFT CERTIFICATE" instead of full refund, and requesting it to be send back to the manufacturer. The return policy for the robe seems to be very vague and confusing. When I got the robe, the package was very heavy...WHY ? It came with at at least 3 lb of useless advertisement that immediately went into garbage. This was a huge disappointment and giving this robe 1 star is being way too generous.
