Best of Both Worlds
The mattress was packed very well in a long slim box (which I was easily able to take inside). Per the instructions we opened it up and let it ‘air out and rest’. Once opened you could see the high quality. I was glad there were no unpleasant smells. As soon as I sat down I knew it was going to work! It’s the perfection of both worlds not too soft and not too hard (which has always been an issue for me). Perfect timing as we have just moved. The mattress it cozy and my body was able to adapt with no soreness the following day.

Cooler
The gel infused mattress is much cooler. Don't use a mattress protector on this you are negating the cooling technology of the mattress. Overall this mattress is comfortable and cool.

Comfy and Quality
I have the king sized Dusk & Dawn 10” gel memory foam mattress. It arrived in a box, totally compressed. I’m still amazed our mattress was in there. If the mattress is going upstairs, I recommend having two people to carry it. It was easy to unpack and unroll. When I cut the plastic surrounding it, it immediately began to take shape. We allowed it to continue to take shape for a couple days before sleeping on it, though I do think it would have been fine the first night. My husband immediately loved everything about the mattress. He was able to sleep on his side, which he couldn’t do comfortably on our previous mattress. We both have a history of back pain and preference for firm mattresses and need a mattress that offers good support. I have found this mattress to be very supportive and feels sturdy. The bed has a soft feel while being fairly firm, and it definitely caters to our individual back needs. I move a lot at night and found that I move less on this mattress and I feel I get a better nights sleep. It’s clear this is a very good quality mattress.

Comfortable, Cool but Soft
Came boxed up , easy to unpack and setup. The bed is very comfortable and cool with the gel top but it is a bit on the soft side. Much better than a traditional mattress and will be enjoyed for years.

Great quality
I like this mattress because its firm and helps me sleep well. 10” width is really good. I dont get sink in it and its a plus for my back pain. I recommend this mattress if you have back pain and looking for a firm mattress

Nice but wake up with Aches
I almost did not want to write this review. Maybe I did not read properly to select the best fit for my sleeping style. I wake up on this mattress with body aches almost everyday. I bought the king size last year.
