Quality and fit issues

Sizing is off—at least half a size. The liner was put in wrong and I had to smooth it myself, there was an actual lump from not being placed correctly. Disappointing.

Sizing is Off

The right shoe is noticeably smaller than the left. I've never encountered this. before. I like the shoes so I may order them again to see the next pair is better.
