stones fall out

I'm done with Effy. i have several Effy rings and the stones ALWAYS fall out. then when u return it to Effy it takes months to get it back. i purchased a ring, stones fall out, returned it, waited 4 months and once i received it back the stones fall out AGAIN. Very very poor quality. Effy please do something about how your stones are mounted.

STUNNING RING

This ring is beautiful. It didn't fit me so I had to return BUT, I woudl highly recommend. It's stunning and sparkles all over the place. Efffy NEVER disappoints.

Very poor workmanship.

My husband bought me this ring for Christmas 2020. At the time, I really loved it. Now, less than a year later, four stones have fallen out and I’m sure more will follow. Effy doesn’t not warrant missing stones. Very disappointed in the product. Don’t waste your money.
