Life-changing.
This has CHANGED my life! It not only helps keep my sweating & hot flashes on a leash, but it helps regulate my body temperature during my fibro(myalgia) flare-ups. It took time for me to figure out what works best for me, because my body has no "constant." It's been almost a year and I'm STILL learning cool new things about Embr Wave 2. I was skeptical because I had tried anything and everything under the sun (or so I thought) to feel better (and less self-conscious). The Embr Wave 2 is a gift that was given to me. It was/is a game-changer. I am eternally grateful. To the company and all of those involved, to the people who put their time and energy into making other people's lives better. Overall love it
I have only used the wave for 24 hours BUT I love it so far! I used the 9 hour session overnight and feel that I was able to have a much deeper sleep than without the wave. I still woke up to toss the blanket off but overall much less than I usually do. I plan to use the nine hour session all day and night. The feedback that I have is the battery could be better. It was fully charged when I went to bed and when I woke up it was at 20%. I have been using it since I woke up and it is currently on 1%. The metal band also hurts at times if it gets stuck on my skin or a hair. Feedback is improve battery life and include the comfort band with the wave at initial purchase. Currently trying to do all of the requirements to get 400 reward points to get the comfort band. If you have hot flashes definitely at least try the wave 2.

AND THE ANGELS SANG!
I have never felt such relief! From the first time I used this I haven’t been plagued by horrific hot flashes and night sweats. It gets worse as I get older and many times I’ve almost passed out from the hot flashes. I NEVER have this problem when I’m wearing my Embr Wave. WHOEVER THOUGHT OF THIS NEEDS A RAISE AND THE BIGGEST TROPHY ALLOWED!!!!

Game changer for sleep
I've been using the Embr Wave for a year now and it has made such a difference in my sleep temperature. I set it to max cooling, power save cool and sleep much more comfortably. I even sleep under the duvet most nights.

Total game changer for hot flashes!
I bought my Embr Wave 2 in 2024 and have happily shared my experience with all my female coworkers, neighbors, and friends who are experiencing ‘the change of life’ too! They have been impressed and many have asked for a link to purchase their own! This little device makes more than a difference - it makes life bearable on those days when my internal thermostat makes breathing hard. lol
