Nice, with caveats
I really like the core functionality. I find the constant heat pulse to be calming. This is a very interesting tool that I would never have conceived of had it not been created. There are some downsides. The band it came with was borderline unusable, and I find myself having to adjust the device constantly because I can't feel it. I was torn between a 3 and a 4 for my overall rating but decided to round up because I really like the device, in spirit even if it's not perfected in its current incarnation

Waste of money gimmick
I bought this month and really feel I waster my money. This very expensive device has zero impact for my hot flashes. During the night the side not touching the skin heats a lot and counteracts any cooling impact. I am extremely disappointed.

I love but would love better if……read all PLEASE
I’ve had my ember wave for a little over a year now and it’s super great for winter time but during the summer when I use it to keep cooler I notice the first initial waves but after the first few I notice longer feel the cooling sensation and I proceed to sweat like a pig! I work in environmental services and the hospital I work in due to seriously old infrastructure issues the ac sucks and the glass windows in the lobby’s don’t help at all it’s miserable sometimes but I’ll say I do love my wave and I don’t regret getting it by no means! Would recommend 9/10! I only say nine because I think this would be even better if they could somehow make it take record learn and suggest ideal temperature settings according to data recieved from the device taking your body temperature. That way everyone’s experience is even more of an experience and more tailored to each subscribers own needs

Great for POTS temp regulation
This has helped a lot with my temperature regulation since my POTS throws it out of balance a lot.
