SO HURT BY THIS

I bought this ring as a gift to myself for the holidays. I received it December 14th and just noticed today February 18th a diamond ALREADY fell out!!! IM SO HURT BY THIS! MACYS IS MAKING SOME CHEAP PRODUCT NOW AND THEY WONT CORRECT IT UNLESS YOU PAY FOR INSURANCE!! I SAVED AND SAVED FOR THIS RING AND DIDNT EVEN LAST 6 MONTHS
