The Product as expected, the delivery not so much

I was waiting for specific date, so I paid "Premium Delivery", but Macy's failed to fulfill the delivery date. By the time It should arrive, UPS tracking still said " Label Created, waiting for the package". Don't waste your time calling Costumer Service, if you can read, all the info they are going to provide is the same you can read on their web pages, and is not about the money, but at the end is not worthy to pay for a service you will never receive.
