Missing Key
This is an adorable purse, unfortunately it doesn’t come with the key as shown. We all know the key is essential to know the bag is a fossil. Other than the missing key, it is perfect.
Fossil Satchel
I ordered at Macys.com. It was nice quality but came without the Fossil Key which is shown in the picture. I have several Fossil purses that have the Fossil signature key. I sent it back requesting another be sent with the key. Received a second purse without the key. Returned that one too. If the picture on the website didn't show the key it wouldn't be expected. Being a Fossil fan I didnt want to settle. Change the picture.

Purse Purchase online
Product was NEVER received. Ordered on November 19, 2025 - On December 9 I reached out to Macys online and was told they could NOT locate the item & they tried to reschedule but came back and said they would send FULL REFUND.
Love Fossil but disappointed
Love the look and size; and this was my go to everyday handbag (have purchased 4 times previously); but sadly the overall quality is not the same (no brass hardware; pebbled not smooth leather; more seams too; no key charm).
Beautiful chestnut color satchel!
I love my new fossil purse. Perfect size and not too heavy. Have several fossil purses and belts and their leather is great quality. The large zipper opening makes it so easy to see what’s in the bottom of the bag!

No key came with pocketbook as advertised. Too small. Cell phone slots too small

My partner is a big Fossil fan, usually the watches. But she she needed a new bag and she loved this one! So well made, cool looking and perfect for every day 👌 😊
