Disappointing quality..

It runs a bit big for me but that’s fine since I have smaller feet anyway. But the quality is very disappointing. The stitching is coming loose in multiple places and there’s visible excess glue around the attached areas. It honestly made me wonder whether this pair was poorly made from the start or if it was a returned item that was hastily repaired and resold during the sale. There are also visible scuff marks, which is so critical for a black leather product!! I was planning to wear these for business-casual settings and had high expectations, but this was a major letdown. I don’t think I’ll be purchasing from this brand ever again..

THESE FRANCO SARTO WAXTON BOOTS WILL PROBABLY GO DOWN AS MY FAVORITE BOOTS OF ALL TIME!! now this is saying a lot!! Im 71 and have been through a zillion boots .. I just absolutely love the look the feel and the beauty of these boots. I have the black leather ones .. I highly recommend if you can find them in stock. I was looking to buy more!!! CIAO

Great fit and comfortable

I love my Waxton boot. It's stylish, comfortable and made with great quality. I purchased a wide and was concerned it would take away from the style but it fits perfectly.

Comfortable but left one squeaks when I walk

My booties are cute, and I got the WIDE ones, and it is nice the toe box doesn't squeeze my toes. But the left bootie squeaks when I walk. It sounds like a rusty old bike wheel. It is comical. The booties are SOLD out in the WIDE width on Macy's and every other website. So I cannot exchange them. So I guess I am either going to return them or live with it. The left bootie squeaks. The right bootie is silent and perfect.

Poor quality

I bought these boots in black and after wearing them the second time the fabric started to peel in the front. Very cheap thin leather. I had them for less than a year only wearing them during winter.
